Anti-Discrimination Policy
The FASD Network of Southern California is an equal opportunity organization. It will not allow discrimination based upon age, ethnicity, ancestry, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, drug or alcohol use, religion, sexual identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background, immigration status, nationality, marital status, parental status, criminal history, or any other status prohibited by applicable law or by susceptibility to social stigma.
Organizations that collaborate with the Network must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of the above grounds in order to receive resources from the Network, including but not limited to hyperlinks to websites owned and operated by those entities on the Site, co-sponsorship of educational and training programs, etc.
External evidence, such as negative publicity or social media, that reveals such discrimination, hate speech, or disrespectful or bullying behavior, as determined by the Network in its sole discretion, may be taken into consideration.
The Network reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Site users of services provided by the Network will also be subject to eligibility requirements from other entities who may require agreement to their own anti-discrimination policies.
